As an ethical and accountable clinical study management organization striving for sustainability and enduring achievements, MUST CTC adopts the concepts of total quality management (TQM).

TQM represents a persistent, company-wide management philosophy integrated into MUST CTC's strategic development. This approach is driven by top management, engages all employees, and centers on fulfilling stakeholder needs, ultimately targeting long-term success through stakeholder satisfaction.

To enforce the TQM concepts, MUST CTC develops and sustains a quality assurance system encompassing four integral parts:

  • quality planning and standard establishment;

  • execution of quality standards;

  • quality assessment; and

  • quality improvement. 

All staff members receive continuous training on the applicable SOPs and quality documents with comprehensive and up-to-date training records.
